Shipping policy

We provide shipping services throughout the Europes. All orders are shipped with an tracking number. Order processing takes approximately 2 to 6 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive a notification when your order has been shipped.

• Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at the checkout for calculated shipping rates.

• For simple flat rate shipping, we offer a flat rate of €6 for Local shipping. 

• For free shipping, orders over €49 are eligible for free shipping.

Please note that during sale periods and promotions, the delivery time may be longer than usual. We cannot be held responsible for any delays caused by the shipping carrier.

We may provide your telephone number and/or e-mail address to the nominated courier for tracking purposes and for them to notify you of an approximate delivery time. If your order has not arrived within 7 working days following dispatch (Poland orders) and 15 working days (non-Poland orders) please contact us by quoting your order number in all correspondence.

Please ensure that your delivery address details are correct, as we will not replace or re-send any order at our expense if incorrect details have been supplied by you.

Please Note: All times stated are estimated and are conditional on normal operating procedures. On occasion forces outside our control can disrupt those normal operating procedures, which may affect delivery time.
