Refund policy

InstaVape strives to provide our customers with high-quality e-cigarettes, but there is a very low probability that the product might not perform as expected upon delivery or after a period of use for reasons beyond our control.

This warranty has been established to protect the rights of all our customers in such situations.

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. ** We will only unconditionally replace any damaged equipment or incorrect items that have not been opened, without charging any extra fees.**

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items

  1. Damage or costs caused by modification, alteration, repair, or service of this product by any persons or companies other than InstaVape;
  2. Damage resulting from physical abuse, or misuse of the product, including operation in a manner that is not consistent with product instructions;
  3. Any consumable parts, including but not limited to battery & e-liquid;
  4. Damage caused by floods, fires, earthquakes, or other unpredictable natural disasters;
  5. Damage caused by moisture (e.g., liquids, including but not limited to water, rain, extreme humidity, heavy perspiration, and carbonated beverages) or other environmental conditions (e.g., extreme temperatures, altitude changes, food, dirt, sand, or similar substances);
  6. Damage caused by using incompatible products;
  7. Cosmetic damage caused by normal wear and tear, including but not limited to, scratches, dents and broken metal or plastic;
  8. Any device that is not genuine;
  9. Claim not from the original purchaser;
  10. products not claimed in the country of original purchase;
  11. Claims for non-defective products;
  12. Incidents with insufficient evidence.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
